I am gratefull that I stuffed up these lemon tarts, because It showed that I can cope in a crisis. I'd hurriedly decided to make something I'd never done before for a friends dinner and as you can see didn't do too well. However I managed to scrape up something with my leftovers and with a bit of magical decorating, managed to produce something that went down a treat - masterchef eat your heartout!
